Fear Section was founded in year 2001 by Chris Pohl, mastermind of Blutengel and Terminal Choice. He was trying to do something new with starting an own label project and he also wanted to give all bands he knows the chance to get a podium and take them under contract- those which had no chance with other labels. Since label´s 5-year-existence a lot of great bands from different genres were collected and were taken under contract. Bands like TrümmerWelten from Oldenburg, Thora from Aachen, Beyond The Void from Munich, Staubkind from Berlin or ADAM from Vicenza (Italy) are just one part of Fear Section´s brilliant history. Being named in this sense are also Chris own projects: BlutEngel, Terminal Choice and the past ones Seelenkrank, Tumor and Pain Of Progress, which music is also published via Fear Section, nevertheless all in co-operation with Out Of Line (main label of Chris bands)! Fear Section is not alone the work of one person, it´s the necessary work of a great big crew, whichever is standing behind all projects and spread their music from Germanys metropolis to other parts of the world.
