Before American Idol artists dominated the radio and The Backstreet Boys and *NSync ruled TRL on MTV, New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) posters and pictures covered teenage girls bedroom walls in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The New Kids were put together in Boston in 1984 by New Edition producer Maurice Starr and the late Dick Scott. Originally named "Nynuk", Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight, Joe McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, and Danny Wood would go on to sell over 70 million albums around the world.
And now, 14 years after calling it quits, THEY'RE BACK! And we at NKOTBfans.com couldn't be happier! For longtime internet NKOTB fans, we are the site formerly at NKOTB.com. We gave the address to the group in January for their comeback.
NKOTBfans.com is a tribute site and gathering spot for old and new fans alike of the ultimate boy band: the New Kids on the Block.
