Well, I was born and raised (most of my "younger" years) in Troy, Michigan and that will always be HOME to me. My family up and moved to Memphis in 1985. I was so upset! So, I've been here ever since. I still feel today that I really don't "fit in" down here and always feel at ease when I'm in Michigan. I am of Lebanese descent and am very proud of my Arabic roots.

Since most of us Americans are muts, I must admit that I have a touch of Scotch-Irish, French and a dab of Cherokee Indian.
Elizabeth I.................everything about her facinates me! She is the epitome of what it means to be a strong, powerful and independent woman who loved men, but did not have to have one to make her who she was. I've read just about any book you can find on her and have seen every movie & documentary that exists about her. And to have such a crazy s.o.b. of a father, she turned out pretty good!
Where do I begin? I was raised watching the adults play a good game of cards with ABBA in the background. I still get goose bumps when their songs play on the radio. It just takes me back. I love most anything that's hard-core 80's. Prince pretty much takes the cake............
Anything with Cate Blanchett. Elizabeth I, is my all time fav. However, I'm always game for a good comedy (Can you say, "Little Miss Sunshine"?)
I LOVE House, I do watch Idol and I love the Showtime series of The Tudors. I just recently started watching Dexter on Showtime and it is pretty unbelievable.
I've read too many to list. I love Dan Brown! Anything about British history and several other topics. I can't go to sleep until I've read at least a few pages of something first!
Oh please, like I can name heroes without hurting someone elses feelings (Gina, you know your my one and only hero)! It's almost like accepting an Acadamy Award and forgetting to thank someone totally important! Okay, I must add Killer Willard to my list of Heroes: ENJOY!
