Mixed-Beyond is muziektijdschrift, website en webradio in één. NPS Output (www.npsoutput.nl) is het webradiokanaal waarmee Beyond samenwerkt.
Als een gerieflijke gids geeft het blad overzicht en inzicht in de grote kakofonie aan lokale en globale geluiden van vandaag. Beyond slecht de muurtjes die er ooit tussen klassiek, traditioneel en pop werden opgetrokken. Ook in geografische zin, want Beyond besteedt aandacht aan muziek uit alle vier windstreken: zowel aan bands en artiesten uit Nederland en België als die uit Barcelona en Bombay, de Sahara en Siberië.
Mixed-Beyond ontsluit onderwerpen, voorziet ze van context en maakt ze toegankelijk voor een breder publiek. Beyond biedt met een concert- en festival-agenda, cd- en boekrecensies een overzicht van het enorme mondiale muziek aanbod.
De website vult actueel aan wat in het tijdschrift staat, de artikelen en recensies worden hoorbaar gemaakt via uitzendingen en media-on-demand van NPS Output.

Mixed-Beyond is the combination of two world music magazines in the Netherlands and Belgium. It brings the music world to the reader in a cross medial format and as of today it is also on sale at newsagents, kiosks, fair trade stores and music outlets.
Beyond is a bi-monthly music magazine, website and webradio all rolled into one. NPS Output is our webradio broadcasting partner.
As a handy guide providing an overview of and insight into the great cacophony of today’s local and global sounds, Beyond breaks down the walls that once used to exist between classical, traditional and pop music. And in geographic terms as well since Mixed-Beyond turns it gaze to music from all points of the compass: not only to bands and artists from the Netherlands and Belgium but to those from Barcelona to Bombay, the Sahara to Siberia.
Mixed-Beyond delves into subjects, putting them in context and making them accessible to a wider audience. Mixed-Beyond offers an up-to-date calendar of concert and festival events, as well as discerning CD, book and DVD reviews of the enormous amount and variety of world music on offer.
The website updates the magazine content, features and reviews are made audible through the webcasts and media-on-demand services of NPS Output.
