About Me

Christopher Callan Bober is a multi-instrumentalist, instructor, and studio musician who specializes in the 7-String guitar. Mr. Bober received his Music Performance degree from Bowling Green State University in 2001 and has been playing for twenty years. He currently resides in Chicago where he keeps a busy schedule between performances, private lessons, and studio dates. Hear him in the above collaborations playing various styles including nu-jazz, free-jazz, and rock with great musicians from the Cleveland, Oh area. Mr. Bober is also currently writing and arranging music for his upcoming jazz cd to be recorded this fall and released early next year.
