About Me

Evolution at its finest.
Witness my fighting style...
And this could be how I go out...
Words of Wisdom--"The world is a wonderfully weird place, consensual reality is significantly flawed, no institution can be trusted, certainty is a mirage, security a delusion, and the tyranny of the dull mind forever threatens -- but our lives are not as limited as we think they are, all things are possible, laughter is holier than piety, freedom is sweeter than fame, and in the end it's love and love alone that really matters." - Tom Robbins
Sometimes I take quizzes:
.. You scored as Cultural Creative. Cultural Creatives are probably the newest group to enter this realm. You are a modern thinker who tends to shy away from organized religion but still feels as if there is something greater than ourselves. You are very spiritual, even if you are not religious. What is Your World View?

You are GIR. You are... completely insane... and,
quite possibly, the most lovable creature in
the universe. Whether you're screaming and
running into things, making soap with bacon,
watching mindless television programs, or
devouring everything in sight, there's no
question about it--you are filthy with
cuteness... like a baby... except... metal.

:: how jedi are you? :: You Are Ed Wood From "Ed Wood."
You definitely have your name in history, although probably not for the reason you believe. Yet you are very accepting, non-judgemental, and optimistic almost to a fault. You also have a thing for angora sweaters. How could anyone not like you?

My Interests

Surviving in extreme heat...Seeing what many people cannot...Learning new things...Being entertained...Living every day as if it could be the last...

I'd like to meet:

Anyone worth meeting...Anyone who ever touched my soul in some way with their art/music/words/etc...Those who burned, those still aflame, and the countless unnamed...The outcasts, free-thinkers, individuals, artistes, misfits, and other strange and unusual beings that populate this planet...

Music:

Bands that are sincere, intelligent, thought-provoking, mind-blowing, heartstring-plucking, buzz-inducing, infectious fun producing, and/or just so good I can't stop listening to their noises.

Movies:

Too many to list without leaving some behind. I prefer ones that make me think, keep me riveted throughout, or make me laugh uncontrollably.

Television:

A soul-sucker determined to rot your brain meats...also, proof that some people will watch anything as long as it's captured by a video camera. The best use for a TV set is watching movies at home.

Books:

As essential a part of life as the respiration process. I might be biased on this, however, since I did major in English and do want to make my living writing.

Heroes:

All similar beings who came before me, anyone who speaks the truth without fear of the consequences, and anyone living their passions out (regardless of the adversity faced). More name-dropping: Guy Fawkes, Trent Reznor, Saul Williams, Henry Rollins, Lewis Black, Jon Stewart, Hunter S. Thompson, Brian Warner, Bill Watterson, my parents who have somehow managed to be together for over 40 years (very inspiring), Groucho Marx, Chuck Palahniuk, Tom Robbins, Cora Reynolds, Zim and GIR, Spider Jerusalem...and Warren Ellis for creating him.
