I, Lincoln Hutcherson, am the proud son of Augusta Jane Hutcherson, a Mother of enormous strength and astronomical faith. She was totally committed to raising a fleet of children, but only seven of them were her own. Being proud of coming from such elite stock, I am blessed to be a part of the elite crew (my brothers & sisters), by which two of them I'm honored to work beside and with: My brother Roderick Hutcherson, President of Source Of Synergy, Inc. & My sister Kathy Hutcherson, President of Katherine Laverne Consultants. I am one that's a huge believer in loyalty - to God, Family, Wealth, Friends, and Country. The whole principal of loyalty is a strong quality of mines, but it must be a true mirror image facing me in order for me to reciprocate it.
Once upon a time the meaning of the word loyalty was purposeless to me, let alone the concept. I was an abuser and user of those that had such qualities. It was definitely a joke to me at the time. Now, this is where I tell you; that is why my elite crew is so powerful. They took a senseless word (to me), and with continued faith, understanding and trust, has not only unveiled this concept, but gave it life in my everyday existence.
I was a big daydreamer when I was a child, constantly thinking of how things worked. How does it work for me? And if it was something I liked - how can I get it? Now you would think these characteristics would be a good thing, but it kept me in a lot of trouble, especially the "how can I get it?" part. When I became a man, these characteristics became a tool. I am now what people might call an innovative thinker, and I'm still a dreamer, but I won't get into as much trouble.
I first started a business doing home repairs (handyman) named H.I.T. Enterprise. I then extended the company by also doing air conditioning and refrigeration repairs, along with home appliances. The company did alright, and most customers were pleased with the work. I knew this only because of the recommendations, not by the cash flow. It was aggravating not being able to get caught up on the high demand because of working alone. So I had to shut down and get a regular 9 to 5. I was a single father at the time and I had to think about my beautiful daughter. I had a lot of support and help (with my daughter) from my elite crew and my wonderful mother. So I got back into the security field, where I started before I went into business for myself. But I never stopped dreaming and thinking big, because that is when you're beaten.
This is where I tell you; I was not alone in this struggle. My brother and sister were fighting for their destinies as well. I began to try to be there for them, like they were there for me. Now doing so, we all saw that we had the same dreams and our destinies intertwined. So me and my brother teamed up and began to start collaborating and commenced creating innovative concepts. With the negative imps (ill willed people) chomping at our bits, we began to see how powerful our destiny is.
This is where Source of Synergy was created by the presentation of my brother, my partner, and friend Roderick Hutcherson. We no longer care or worry about those negative imps, because we have the SOURCE. Now if you want the SOURCE, just stop on by, we'll be glad to hook you up.
