Born in Boston USA but living in the UK, I've been playing guitar for 30 years now. I played in a number of cover groups before attending Berklee College of Music in 1985 graduating in 1987 with a degree in professional music (whatever that means...)
After leaving Berklee I worked at Music Unlimited (music shop) in Hannover Massachusetts. I German friend of mine (Pierre Brand) got me a gig playing on a musical touring Europe called "The Golden Musicals of Broadway" (I know what your thinking, it's a stupid name and you're right....it is) it was a greatest hits of Broadway type show, anyway I jumped at the chance to make a living as a musician and tour around Europe. I met my lovely wife Caroline on that first tour (she was an actress on the show) and we now have a beautiful daughter Claudia who will be 11 this year.
I also toured with Hazel O'Connor in 1993 in Europe & UK, I played Banjo & Mandolin on a European tour of "Chicago" then 2 years on a European tour of "The Rocky Horror Show" (1996 - 1998), well it all came to an abrupt end when my contract wasn't renewed. Since then i've played in various function bands etc (anything that will keep me playing and makes me some money).
I've been working for a software company now since 2003 (what has that got to do with music?.......nothing!!! ugh).
I will eventually upload some of my own songs that I've been recording so I guess "watch this space" if you can be bothered.........
