Mish is a Northern NSW Artist, who has spent her life playing music in Australia and Abroad. From a Jazz Restaurant in London singing early jazz classics to touring Japan with an 8 part vocal group, Mish has played in varied groups and venues, such as Tokyo Bay Grand Meridian Hotel, Hayman Island Resort, Byron Bay Community Centre, The Rails, The Sydney Entertainment Centre, Crystal Creek Rainforest Resort, Brunswick Heads Hotel, (to name a few) to festivals in Adelaide, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. As well as playing cover songs of artists, Joni Mitchell, John Lennon, Nora Jones, Sting, Leonard Cohen and Carole King, to name a few, Mish is also an accomplished Songwriter, graduating from Southern Cross University Lismore, with a BA in Music Composition in 2006. She has gone on to win The Solo Songwriters Sessions Competition at The Brunswick Hotel in 2006, The 2007 ABC New Emerging Performing Artist Award, 2 North Coast Entertainment Industry (NCEIA) Awards; 2008 (Best Adult Contemporary song - In Love With Love) and 2009 (Best Blues Song - Coyote Blues), signed up with two Syncronization companies that shop new music to major films in Canada and the US and was a finalist in THE AUSTRALIAN SONGWRITING ASSOCIATIONS 28th AUSTRALIAN SONGWRITING CONTEST in 2008! MISH IS ALSO VERY EXCITED BECAUSE SHE IS PLAYING IN A 5-PIECE GIRL BAND CALLED CHIC REPUBLIK.
