My names Dirk Thompson and I am Elements Of Twilight, a little expirmental and instrumental project that I hope can please your ears! My main idea in this project was too see how many sounds I could get a guitar to make.. and I've come the realization that its endless!
I've had a strong love for music for as long as I can remember, and always felt the urge to play it! but never thought I could due to a stroke I had when I was three and half years old that caused me to lose all the use of my left arm, but when my sister got a guitar for one of her birthdays I was detirmined to find a way to play it. So i did! and with the love and support of those close to me I've kept at it! So here I am!
I have a rough demo out for now, with all the songs on here and a version of "Lost Time" with sampled sounds similar to those in "Static Visions" and am working on recording more stuff for a new cd soon!
Unfortantly I have yet to play a show but I'm suffering from the poor college kid syndrom who however isn't currently in college.. opps. I have to get a few more bells and whistles though to be able to pull of the songs live but soon enough.. soon enough.. until then hope you enjoy what you hear on here!!
