About Me

My name is JoAnna but everyone calls me (Jody, Joadster, the Jode, Jo, Jo Jo, JoAnna Danna, and my favorite: Toadie). I am a 33 year old female who grew up in small Missouri towns such as: Macon, Elmer, Atlanta, & Callao. I moved out of state in 1993 after the Thomas Hill Power Plant shut down thanks to the powers that be in jeff city. I attended my senior year of high school in Colorado and then moved a year later to Las Vegas, NV. Being 19 in Las Vegas is not fun. Finally in 1995, I came back to Missouri to visit then moved to Quincy, IL then finally to Fulton. I had severe homesickness. I realized Missouri is my home but I love to visit other places. I currently work for Department of Corrections and have for 4 years come this June 7th 2008. I also recently left my local volunteer fire department after 3 years for safety issues, but loved it alot. I am currently trying to pursue a degree in computers or something that deals with business. Who would of thought after 14 years of graduating from high school that I would actually try out college. When I am not at work, I like to spend time with my family, browse the internet, go to movies, watch tv, and spend time with what friends I have left. The majority of my friends were from the fire department so that kind of puts a damper on things. I am grateful for my friends and family.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

The people I would like to meet would have to include tv celebrities of course. Most of them are friends on my friend page. I would also like to meet someone who is of course single and available, doesn't play games, faithful, honest, blah blah blah. I have had bad luck with men, so right now, not really interested. I am actually content for the first time in along time of being single. I messed up putting something on this site and someone got upset with me. I removed that in April and sent this person an apology but nothing. I made a mistake but what is done is done. Sometimes I feel like I live in a soap opera. Oh well, I have a lot to keep me on my toes like family, friends, hopefull going to school in the fall of 2009 and work that way I don't have to stew about things that I cannot fix or change. I would say though that I would like to meet the cast of NCIS. All the actors rock (past and present) and my favorite characters would have to be Gibbs and Ziva. Mark Harmon and Cote de Pablo rock as Gibbs and Ziva. I sometimes wonder what it would be like if they hook these two up.
