Fist Full of Noise

FFN was a hard alternative rock band from Sonoma County. They formed in March 2005 and broke up in late July 2007. With all original material, the band sought to break down musical barriers and create a sound that stood out from the crowd in a music scene that seemed to only have room for death metal and thrash punk. A 5 track demo was recorded in the summer of 2006, featuring "crashing down," "slavery card," "destined to fail," "out of here," and "stand up."
