the spanked monkeys

we used to make punk rock music together back in 2000-2002 in between braking instruments getting drunk and stoned in fields and car parks. whilst eating egg fried rice this is one of only a few tracks we made we played one gig at the collective as a three piece with an amazing drummer called mark which later turned into a lot of rehersals and some cool tracks before spliting up when free time became thin.our friends prentice and alice were involved at some point too. but this is from one of many sessions of just me and jonnow we're doing our own things, but this so if the cd i got of our stuff gets broke n lost and gone forever, at least it'll still be here...or at least in jons reel to reel stuff somewhere.checkout us all grown up at www.myspace.com/daveloftusandthesecretalphabet www.myspace.com/yuchiget involved!
