Hello my name is Debra, but you can call me Fitness Fox!! I'm a National level Fitness & Figure Champion/Competitor. I love being on stage. I set the record in the 400M dash in my High School State Track Meet with a time 57 flat. I was a Cheerleader for our Semi-Pro team Jacksonville Raiders. I love!!!! to dance,Shop,swim, bowl,working out of course,and hanging out with good people. I like Italian,mexican,chinese,seafood,Soul food and pizza. I like just about all finds of food. I do have a limit. I have a wonderful husband who supports me with what I'm doing and I have three awesome kids. I'm a certified personal trainer, I love to showcase my clients. What I mean by that is making them feel good about themself and their body.
