I believe in true love, passion, Jim Beam instead of Jack Daniels, and cooking with butter instead of margarine. I believe in trying pretty much anything at least twice. I believe that George Lucas should have let James Cameron direct the new Star Wars movies. I believe that Mary Shelley was a better writer than Percy and Byron combined and that Hemingway and Fitzgerald were not misogynists. I believe in dreaming hard at night, telling people you love them, fat-ass funk, not getting stressed when you travel, thin crust pizza, and a command of the English language. I believe that keeping an open mind is one of the most important things in life. I believe that Lee Harvey WAS part of a conspiracy, Led Zeppelin was probably the best band in the history of rock and roll, and Foster Freeze makes the best spicy chicken sandwich around. I don't believe in taking myself too seriously and I believe that the best times in life come from a mix of good food, good wine, and good people.
