Ruin records was born in 1995 as a small alternative punk rock indie label. It was created by members of noise punk band Soviet Love, to issue their first album. Nowadays it´s more into open minded contemporary music. Its catalogue goes from Ruin Man´s electronic punk to Alma sin Dueño´s hip-hop, going through GAF´s experimental psicodelic electronic rock, DOM´s black music oriented experimental downbeat, or Postman´s dub influenced minimal beats. All artists are from (or live in) Canary Islands, but it could change if, for instance, Tom Waits, LCD Soundsystem, Coldcut, Roots Manuva,The Roots, Mala RodrÃguez or Thomas Brinkmann want to join us.
