As a very small child, I knew I was supposed to be a singer. I told my mom when I was 3 that before I died, people would know me for my music... kind of a weird thing for a 3 year old to say, but I was raised in a very unique family. My parents were musicians, and I started singing with the family band when I was 7 years old. The first song I ever sang onstage was "I’m A Woman" Ya know w.o.m.a.n. too funny! It was a singles event in Costa Mesa Ca, and there were about 300 people in the audience and my parents thought I would be scared, have a terrible experience, and never want to do it again...boy were they wrong! I had the time of my life, and what I knew at 3 years old had just been confirmed. The audience applauded loudly and I was in love with being a singer!Since then, I have made my living as a singer performing at people’s weddings, barmitzvahs, and stuff like that. A few years ago, I started writing my own songs. My style of writing is very eclectic because of my background in singing cover tunes of many different genres.Recently, my song "Tonight" was chosen by American Idol, out of over 25,000 submissions to be in a contest for the newest Idol to sing as their victory song. My song was one of 20 songs that were voted on by the American public. Now, as I move forward with the momentum of that experience, I am excited to be making music with my new writing partner Stuart Pearson under the production company name Framistan Music! So hey you music scouts looking for songs, cues, scores and what not, please go to our website www.framistanmusic.com and check out some more great music!
