After Dark started out as four guys getting together to compete for a company event talent show in March of 2007. The group was known as Casualty, because all 4 members were casualty adjusters. After winning the talent show, and performing at the company's profit sharing event in front of over 1400 people, Tracey Corder, Kris Buchanan, aka Buck Wild, and Jeremy Fultz, aka J the bass player decided to continue playing on a regular basis. We added another guitar to the bunch with The Lengend himself, Cover Song Joe.
After several weeks of attempting to come up with a band name, the band came up with the name After Dark. The reason..... well every time we all got together to practice it would be after dark; hence, After Dark was created. Since then, After Dark has been working on a set of cover songs as well as a number of original songs.
After weeks of consideration, Jeremy(aka J the bass player) decided that it was time for him to concentrate on some other engagements. Jeremy stepped away from the Bass role of After Dark and the Band continues to wish him the best in all he does. Jeremy and the band still hang out and speak on a continuous basis and still hang out...we still get together and jam a little with each other.
On that note we would like to welcome the new bass player of After Dark...Chris Mooney!
We would like to personally thank everyone who has supported us, since we decided to participate at the talent show. Without your support we would just be a couple of guys sitting around playing with ourselves and not each other! Again, Thank You!!!
