Joe Barone & The Remedies

About Me

Joe Barone, former front man and founder of the band Incidental Bliss has been strumming the six string since the age of six. Born and raised in a small New England town, Joe often turned to music as an escape from the bland existence life sometimes had to offer. "Music has always been a place of refuge for me. When the world is dark, I close my eyes and create music, it is then that everything comes to light..."Most Recently Joe Barone has returned to his solo career. He has been working hard on new material and is performing acoustic shows in the Hartford, New York and Boston areas. The current project that Joe is working on is called “Breakdown” and it is exactly that. It brings out everything that is bliss but broken down into its purest form. Joe Barone is roots rock at its finest embracing a variety of genres ranging from folk to rock to blues to country to reggae and everything in between. Bliss is something that we should all experience in this lifetime and Joe Barone’s music is one way to access this longed-for state of well-being. I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
