About Me

I'm Charlie Brown's little redhaired girlfriend and Sex and the City's "Samantha" rolled into one. I'm serious about things, but don't take myself too seriously. I'm the goofball who just tripped on the leg of the barstool in front of everyone. I like a rockin' concert and a quiet poetry reading equally. I speak many languages, but only English when I'm awake. I'm a pessimistic idealist. An intelligent space cadet. Extroverted introvert. A pacifist anarchist. Compassionate, yet judgmental. A fierce friend, but only to those who deserve it -- I don't have time for false people. I'm just left of the beaten path (or right, depending on the issue at hand).
I live with my wonderful and amazing husband, Mike (the most perfect yang to my yin), in the 'burbs with a very spoiled kitty cat named Kashka. She's a princess, but we love her. I earn a wage that pays the bills as a writer and editor.
I'm here sorta just to reconnect with former pals and put this up because hey, everyone else was doing it. I do not delude myself and know that I am far too old for Myspace. What the hell... it kills some time. :)

Stand up for your rights!

This Alito thing disturbs me greatly.I tried to write to our senators. I got no response from the Salazar camp and, of course, the Allard camp gave me the same spin about Alito that Alito and the Bush...
