It's the GROOVE that MOVES....

About Me

I'm a bass player living in Murfreesboro, TN, about 30 miles southeast of Nashville. I went to high school and college in Nebraska (Bellevue and Lincoln). My first experiences as a professional musician happened when I served my country as a member of the USAF and USMC bands. I have shared the stage with MULBERRY LANE, JOLIE EDWARDS, KEVIN SHARP, MARK WILLS and CAROLINA RAIN. I have performed at the CMA Music Festival and the Grand Ole Opry. I have traveled overseas to play in Japan, Korea and Australia. I also play bass on the Celebration Arts team at World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro.

Influences: Some of my favorite bassists are: Paul McCartney, John Paul Jones, Nathan East, Abe LaBoriel, Randy Jackson, Ross Valory, Neil Stubenhaus, Mike Porcaro, David Hungate, Dave Pomeroy, Joe Chemay, Larry Paxton, Mike Chapman, Michael Rhodes, Glenn Worf, Mike Brignardello, Jimmie Lee Sloas, Kevin Grantt, James Carter, Keith Horne, Danny O'Lannerghty, Gary Lunn and Leland Sklar. GOTTA give credit to Gene Simmons, Geddy Lee, and Michael Anthony - who inspired me to pick up the bass in the first place!!!
Sounds Like: ME! I worked with a lot of great musicians over the years, and all of them "shaped" the style of playing I have today. MY BASS GEAR currently consists of: a Lakland 55-94 Deluxe 5-string, a Sadowsky NYC 24 fret 5-string, and a David Eden World Tour 800 amp with a David Eden D410XLT cabinet.
