YEYE Kanté sortira son premier album intitulé "FARABANAKA" en tant qu'auteur, compositeur, interprête et arrangeur.
YEYE accompagne plusieurs artistes :

Percussionniste attitré pour ces festivals et tournées française et étrangères
Mory Kanté et Shola Ama
En 2001 lors du concert effectué en Afrique du Sud.
YEYE à également joué au festival "Gnaoua" qui se déroule a Essaouira au Maroc pour la 3ème édition en 2000 et la 9ème édition en 2006.
Il est également membre d'une autre formation plus orienté vers les sons électronique avec Br'no
