I honestly don't know where to start. I'll make a list when I have more time. Pretty much anything except country.
I watch anything...indie, foreign, drama, musicals, comedy...except I really am a baby when it comes to gross and gruesome. My brother screens my movies for me...I trust him...sort of. My favorite favorite would be What Dreams May Come, and probably Love Actually and Before Sunrise/Before Sunset. And I LOVE Harry Potter movies.
I wish I had time :) Top Chef, SVU, reruns of Friends, and Medium when I can catch it.
Between, Georgia; When I Was Puerto Rican; The Nannie Diaries; The Starter Wife I recently finished all of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events and I just finished the last book in the Harry Potter series (*sniff!) I'm going to miss those. I also love reading picture books. :)
My grandfather is my hero. He passed away January of 2006 and it was very hard for me to get over it. Some days I still haven't. He was really sick the last few weeks of my pregnancy and he vowed to live to see the baby. He passed away two weeks before James was born. My grandfather taught me to be tolerant, to be fair, to be happy, to enjoy little things. There was never anything he looked down on or took for granted, and there was never anything he felt was greater than his family. He taught me respect and decency. He taught me to have a love of life, a love of love, a love of rice and beans :) He is probably the kindest, most compassionate, selfless man I have ever met in my life. I am lucky to have known him. Any one that had met him is lucky...they have met a man with a heart of gold and a soul that I'm sure has met heaven.
