Join us: Tell Congress to honor our commitments to UN Peacekeeping.
The price of peace is less than the cost of war!

Global spending on war is staggering. But UN peacekeeping is helping to maintain peace, foster reconciliation, promote democracy, and build the foundation for long-term stability in 18 missions around the world - each of which the U.S. has voted for - ensuring that no one nation pays all the bills or takes all the risks in promoting international stability and security.

But, the U.S. government isn't keeping its commitment to UN peacekeeping. If Congress doesn’t act this year, we will owe the UN more than $1 billion for UN peacekeeping. This is equivalent to less than one week of U.S. spending in Iraq!
