I want to know everything I want to be everywhere I want to fuck everyone in the world I want to do something that matters
Oh Hieronymous, you cookey little boy. img src= "http://gallery.euroweb.hu/art/b/bosch/painting/triptyc1/del ightr.jpg"
So much music. How about genres: DARK AMBIENT/ELECTRONIC, minimal electronic, that certain Industrial/EBM sound I just can't quite find, Jazz, Lately a big resurgence of my old Classical habit... a symphony/concerto with the right tone goes deeper than just about anything (try Beethoven symphony number 3 "Eroica" particularly movement number 1) , groups comprised of intelligence and experimentation.
Fight Club, Blade Runner (Director's Cut), the Matrix, Element of Crime, City of Lost Children, Requiem for a Dream, PI, Dark City, The Empire Strikes Back, Unbreakable, Se7en, Alien 3, Brazil, Dances with Wolves, Hudsucker Proxy, anything by Hayao Miyazaki, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Being John Malkovich, Orson Welles, Tim Burton, David Lynch, 80's kids movies (the good ones, like Goonies), Apocolypse Now, Pixar, Lord of the Rings, Mirrormask
Stop talking and thinking, and there is nothing you will not be able to know.
Neuromancer, House of Leaves, Snow Crash, American Psycho, Good Omens, Ender's Game, Clockwork Orange, Neverwhere, Cryptonomicon, Dune, Fight Club, His Dark Materials... yeah, Harry Potter- so what? Non-reality is much more interesting.
Georgia O'keeffe and Steve Roach... abstractions and atmospherics of subconscious. I think Dave McKean is creeping onto my mental podium.
