**Ok folks, time to get over this hump we call life and start LIVING! This time when I say it's my year, it really will be my year! No resolutions, just solutions! Since breaking away from the ego driven, over working, under paying, lack of appreciating, offices of a record label after 8 long years to persue the wonderful world of independent entrepreneurship in 2004, I have had nothing but blessings pour down on me. Of course there are bumps in the road, but the smooth spots wouldn't be as sweet without the bumps. And that is The Truth! I have 3 successful ventures that I continue to work on and expand everyday.I am very proud to be a co-organizer of Hip Hop 4 Health, Inc. A youth non-profit organization conceptualized by my girl Tamekia Flowers! Im happy to be able to be a part of the team that helped bring this to life. I have so much fun working on it with the wonderful women on the team, Tamekia Flowers, Tanisha Tate, Lakiya Oliver and Erika Kennedy! We strive everyday to create programs that empower and uplift the minds, bodies and souls of our young people.The 2nd venture is my strategic marketing and lifestyle marketing company. Previously known as Draw 4 Enterprises, I have since merged and joined forces with my wonderful big sister Nikki. She's the one they call Boogibabie. :) Together we formed Nik Kier, LLC. We focus on bringing corporate and entertainment together to create an atmosphere and experience with a little more excitement! :) Combined we have worked with some very notable brands such as Champs Sports, New Era, African American Women in Cinema, Gallo, Remy Martin Cognac, TGIFriday's, POP Champagne, Bacardi and a host of other clients.We've also picked up another client recently, non other than the legendary Daddy-O of Stetsasonic! We represent Daddy-O on the DJ side of his career. So if you are looking for a hot DJ to add style and pizazz to your event hit me up!I currently hold a marketing position of Product Manager at Kedar Entertainment Group and work with some of the most talented artists, check them out, Algebra Blessett, Samson, J. Jordan and JOE.
