Flute player, originally from the New Forest in the south of England, living in Copenhagen since 1982. I play with Flax in Bloom...a five-piece band playing Irish traditional music. The tunes you can hear on this space are my own, apart from Humle Jig, which my good friend Bjarne Schmidt composed. "Humle" is the Danish word for hop (as in beer). Bjarne can be heard playing bouzouki and guitar on these tracks.
On Sundays you´ll find me down at Bloomsday, a friendly bar in central Copenhagen, where there´s a regular session from three o´clock on. See you there!
