In 2003 Jérémy Michel alias ConnecticuT set up the record label Aeclectrick Records to release his first solo album ("Mixing"), and started a career as a musician, a sound engineer, a promoter and a producer on the Brussels musical scene.
From one band to another sound system (Jupiter & Massive5, The Uppers, Yassa Connection, Booya bass, The Fist…), from Dub to Hip-Hop and Drum and Bass, the producer played around with styles and went on with his journey in music, creating "ConnecticuT ", a DubStep oriented project, in 2006.
At the same time, Aeclectrick Records, helped by Bun ZerO for the selection, releases an international DubStep compilation called SubStance in may 2007, featuring ConnecticuT's "Smoky" track.
