.. MYSPACELAYOUTSPY CODE END --I'm Rod Bollinger. I own Mustang Recording Studio. I have been recording since about 1995. My studio is constantly growing with new artist projects, new equipment, and just plain old word of mouth. I am writing and recording jingles as well! Thanks to myspace, you can hear some of what I've been up to. I uploaded my vintage recordings for fun. They are a little rough. Girl In A Truck-Pt.2 is probably my oldest recorded song I transferred from tape to digital. One of the songs here I did with my cousin Keith Bollinger, "Have You Seen Her". We wrote this together and he is singing lead on it. I have done several demos and album projects.
I've worked with an artist named Glitter Rose. Her album "Southern Comfort" was out in September 2006. The song "What Would You Do If I Shot You?" from it is here. She's awesome!!! It was so fun working with her and her posse! Check her out. She is one of my top friends.

My new band "The Vintage Vibes are the newest featured artist here. We will soon be playing out in the DFW area. I recorded us just last week 2/3/2009 and here are some fresh mixes completely unedited and no overdubs. The song "Booted" is a live studio recording. I also record young and up and coming singers/songwriters. Recently I recorded a friend's daughter singing a few tunes with backing tracks. Morgan Greer is only 14 years old and sang like a pro! Hear her sing "Gravity" here. She's very talented and has a future singing if you ask me. Check her other songs too. She is on my friend list.
I'm engineering, mixing and producing, oh yeah, and playing guitar, bass, slide guitar, keyboard and whatever else is called for. Well, except drums. I have a network of top notch musicians that I can get in here when needed. Hope you'll be digging what you hear over the next few months.
