My name is Layla Bryant, I'm 27 years old and have been married to the love of my life for 2 years! We live in Commerce, where I've lived all my life, and we're planning to stay here for the rest of our lives, which is fine with me. Todd and I have definitely had what you would call a whirlwind romance, meeting in October 2005, getting engaged in February & then getting married March 24th, 2006. It was complete love at first sight, and it was an answer to both of our prayers. It was so scary to have my prayer answered so suddenly and to realize it immediately, that we both freaked out, but that's another story! God is first in our lives, and although that's hard to remember sometimes, we are day by day strengthening our relationship through Him. Todd is the total opposite of myself. When I'm moody, high-strung and freaking out over nothing (which I often do), he's laid back and smiling. I'd always heard people say that God will send you someone to be strong where you are weak, and you will in turn be strong where they are weak, but I had no idea how true this was until I met Todd. I thank God everyday for the life He has given me and the husband He has sent me. The Lord saved me from myself on 4-24-05, though I've done nothing to deserve it, and I can never repay it. I love spending all my time with Todd, enjoying our present, planning our future, and praising God that we overcame our pasts!
