My name is Sam Daugherty, I am an animator and a musician, I play guitar, bass, piano and mandolin and I really wish I had a cello to learn how to play. I like to write songs from scratch and piece them together one instrument at a time. I like a wide vareity in music mostly all from before the 90's. I like Classic rock, Blues, Alternative 80's, movie scores, Horror Punk, avant garde, new wave, 70's punk, progressive rock, swing, 60's pop, funk, and many more. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink. I am a christian. Someday I think I would like to animate and compose music for a living. I like to draw and make cartoons in Flash. I like black comedy/dark humor... you could tell from my art. I'm a very calm person so sometimes I seem shy but I'm not really. I just don't say anything unless I have somthing to say.... and most of the time I haven't got anything to say. I like to see peoples reactions to things, for example "what would they do if I dressed as a mime at school"... well now I know the answer to that one. I am obsessive... but I suppose if your obssesed with more that one thing than your not really obssesed, and I myself am obsessed with many things. I like stories but I'm a slow reader... thank god for movies... but I still like to read sometimes. I like movies alot, Vincent Price movies, Mel Brooks Movies, Tim Burton Movies, Charlie Chaplin movies, Star Wars, Alfred Hitchcock Movies. I like cheesy horror movies that are unintentionaly funny.... or intensionaly. My favorite tv shows are The Addams Family, Leave it to Beaver, Twilight Zone, In living Color, Lost in Space, Munsters, invader zim, rocko's modern life, Ren and Stimpy, and Doug. One of my favorite past times is playing the super nintendo (SNES). The games are simple, fun, and much cheaper to collect. You could say that most of the stuff I like was from before I was born. I am very nostalgic and love to recall parts of my childhood I've forgotten. I love cartoons,... especially 60's and 90's ones.
I am terrible at every sport know to mankind.... except maybe mini golf or something. Things that frighten me are, Mayonaise, Swimming (I really do have aquaphobia) and talking on the telephone.
