K-Lethal is an outspoken, dedicated and driven artist from Newark, NJ presently living in New York. Early in life, Lethal realized that he had been richly blessed to be an entertainer. Raised in a musical family, (Jerold Austin of The Manhattans being his cousin) his love for music began when he was only 13 years old. Not long after, he started developing his skills as an artist on a daily basis. Today, K-Lethal is a well rounded, mature and developed artist ready to explode onto the mainstream hip hop scene. Lethal has the artistic ability to adjust and adapt to any age, crowd or environment at any given time. His diverse talents also give him the ability to ghost write both for male & female Hip-Hop and R&B artist alike. His music simply speaks for itself. His style, stage presence and energy make him unique.
Lethal is on a mission and has several goals to achieve through his music. First, he wants to curve the youth away from violence through his words, music and leading by example. Second, is to spread a positive message by giving inspiration, hope and motivation to listeners that feel hopeless, abandoned and trapped.
K-Lethal has been in the mix of major recording studios in New York since 1998. He has recorded in some of Manhattans most prestigious studios such as Quad City and Sony Recording Studios to name a few. Lethal has built such a buzz that his music is on various mix tapes across the US and abroad. K-Lethal has been featured on DJ Exclusive, DJ Baby Boy (Vibe Ride College Tour), and DJ Lazy K (Forever Hungry Vol. 1) mixtapes just to mention a few.
