View Lisa Warner's EPKI am a songwriter and performer from Dallas, Texas. I work with my duo and writing partner, John Ellis. John and I teamed up about 3 years ago and began working on my original songs. We started writing together and finally found ourselves at a point where we had enough original material for more than a full set. After performing locally in Dallas and at a few folk festivals, we decided to record a CD of our original material. We started the project in John's home town, St. Louis, MO. We play with a variety of players here in Dallas and in St. Louis. Our CD comes out June 09.
