Guten Tag, Salut, Servus und Moin Moin... My name is Katharina Schramm (but please call me just Katha) and I was born in 1986 in the lovely town named Dresden and I still live here. At the age of 6 I played the flute for just one year...it was strange for my parents, cause none of them ever played an instrument. In the 5th grade I joined the choir at school and up to the age of 15 it was the only thing which has to do with music in my life. When I was 15 I bought myself an electric guitar on christmas...and the neverending love began :-). 2 years later I bought myself an electric bass. In the 12th grade I found a band with some friends at school , called "Goose Bumps". It was a great time which I don't want to miss. After leaving the school in 2005 I just play the guitars for my own or sometimes together in jamsessions with friends. The only "band thing" is every year in the easter breaks a workshop, called "East-West-Mediale", where kids and teenagers are meeting for one week to do graffitis, videos, dancing or making music together. I participated the first time at in 2003, and now I can say, that I am one of the oldest there...but so what...it's fun. I would like to play in a band again...but it is not that easy to combine the taste of music of some people so that everyone is happy with the results.
