I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

i'm playful, goofy (in a good way) and i luv to laugh from my belly. i'm a people watcher, a storyteller, a night owl and a songstress blazing my path. i luv the smell of fresh laundry, babies and pine needles. as of late, i am constantly amazed by my own power and the power of the universe -- and i want to stay present and in that space. i'm about sharin what i can, my family, learnin from the people around me, challengin myself, pushing my growing edge and trying to live each day as if it were on purpose.

i'm a songstress an storyteller who was raised on old school R&B, soul, blues and worksongs. my art/words/music is dedicated to sharing the significance of these uniquely american art forms and exploring my experience as a lesbian, feminist coloredgrrl.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

everyday, beautifully complicated peeps that i can laugh and philosophize with, people who are about something...anything really. just BE ABOUT IT and do you...passion (especially for life) is such a beautiful thing.
