AMT P800 Trumpet Microphone

About Me

Ok, so AMT knows the real deal with trumpet players and there SPL levels, we won't tell you how we know, but we know!!! Our question to you is this.. "Are you what you say you are in SPL / power land"? If you are, GREAT! The P800 will work for you!!!!The AMT P800 is a low profile condenser microphone that attaches to the trumpet "OFF THE BELL". The microphone provides pure tonal reproduction while being unobtrusive. The P800 is specifically made for trumpet.With the included clip, the P800 attaches to the lead pipe of the instrument and is suspended in a 4 point isolation ring reducing valve, key, click, and handling noise.The AMT P800 features a flexiable gooseneck, allowing the player to position the microphone for the best possible tone reproduction. It's rugged construction of anodized aviation aluminum makes it highly durable, while being lightweight and non-corrosive.The P800 is terminated by a 3.5mm plug which connects to a belt pack preamp. The included belt pack houses a volume control, contours the setup for the intended instrument, and powers the microphone system appropriatly. A low Z cable and case is included.
