Thanks to everyone for taking time to look at my profile! My names Dj Jacko, am 25 and I have been dj’ing for about 9 years! I got involved with the scouse/bounce scene around the age of 15. After listening to all the monroes / Wigan pier tapes I instantly wanted a set of decks to see what I could do.Within a month of me getting these I started a bar in Blackburn called Merchants! This was on a Wednesday night and gave me a platform to work on to progress in the “DJ ing worldâ€From here I was asked to run a bounce night @ Never Never Land in Blackburn with a close friend Mikey B. This was a massive success and was locked out ever week! I ran this for about 3 years! In between this I was getting regular bookings and DJ’ed at over 20 clubs / bars such as : - Monroes Nightclub (Great Harwood), Jam bar (Blackburn), Club Platinum (Halifax), Cubes (Blackburn), Fluidz (Burnley).Sadly Never never land was closed down and is in the process of being knocked down for redevelopment.I was given a chance by Gary Hypnotic to see what I could do @ maxims nightclub in Wigan! After a few sets there I was given residency and have now been DJ’ing there for over 5 years. I started a night with another friend Greenie in Blackburn called Scene! This again was a success attracting such djs as Welly, Alex K, Ben Trengove and a lot of the top producers from around the North West.Two Years ago me and two friends (Kyle Harvey and Phil Stephenson) started producing tracks and started our own little team called Hyper Deejays. We have had great success with this producing over 30 titles (I have listed the discography on this page).
