Shamatari [DEMO LANÇADA!!!]

Shamatari é o nome da tribo indígena canibal da Amazônia que devorou os americanos idiotas no filme Cannibal Holocaust (1979) e aquele ato representa muito bem a proposta da banda.
Fundada no dia 22 de novembro de 2004, a Shamatari passou por diversas mudanças desde seu estilo musical, que na época era Death Metal, até em sua formação, que contou com várias pessoas até se estabilizar em 2007 com Arruda no vocal, Carrascu na guitarra e Diego na bateria, e em março de 2008 Jeff entra para tocar baixo na banda. A proposta agora é ser totalmente podre e agressivo, sujo e simples, e os estilos que melhor definem isso são o Goregrind, Splatter e Grindcore.
As letras não são colocadas nas músicas, pois a intenção do vocal é ser podre, sujo e grotesco a ponto de ser considerado um instrumento como qualquer outro do que uma fala das letras. Porém, algumas músicas possuem um "texto" que geralmente falam da hipocrisia humana, o câncer da terra chamado humano e também há outras que são baseadas em filmes trash b gore como o próprio Cannibal Holocaust, Night of the Living Dead entre vários outros clássicos e atuais.
Em setembro de 2008 é lançada a nossa primeira demo-CDR auto-intitulada com 10 músicas próprias mais uma intro, em parceria com os selos Terceiro Mundo Chaos, Cauterized Productions e Vampiria Records com produção de Leonardo Chagas.
No mesmo mês em que lançou a demo, vésperas do More Gore Than Before III (festival que se realizou no dia 27/09 da qual éramos para tocar), o baterista Diego Rods sai da banda, impossibilitando assim da Shamatari cumprir com essa data, e algumas semanas depois entra Tchaionny assumindo as baquetas, que em uma semana e meia de ensaios pega todas as músicas (?) e toca no Splatter Night XII, realizado no dia 18/10 em Joinville/SC.
No momento a banda se concentra em novas composições para no ano que vem gravar alguns sons para novos lançamentos.

Shamatari is the name of a cannibal indian tribe from Amazon Forest, which killed and ate stupid americans at the movie Cannibal Holocaust (1979). That episode shows really well the band's proposal.
Founded at November's 22, 2004, Shamatari has passed through a lot of changes at its musical style, that at the first time was Death Metal and its crew, that a lot of different guys were part of the band until 2007 with Arruda at lead vocals, Carrascu at guitars and Diego at the drums. In march of 2008, Jeff comes in to play bass guitars. The proposal now is to be tottaly rotten and agressive, dirty and simple. The genres that best define that are Goregrind, Splatter and Grindcore.
The lyrics are not speak in musics, because the proposal is to be rotten, dirt and grotesque, like others instruments than screaming the lyrics. But, some musics have lyrics that generally speaking about human hypocrisy, the cancer of the Earth called Human and too there others that are based in Trash/Gore B movies as the own Cannibal Holocaust, Night of the Living Dead between various others classics and current.
In setember of 2008 is released our first demo-CDR self-titled with 10 own muSICKs and more one intro, by three labels: Terceiro Mundo Chaos, Cauterized Productions and Vampiria Records (all from Brasil) and produced by Leonardo Chagas.
In same months that released this stuff, eve of More Gore Than Before III Festival (done on 27 of which were we play), drummer Diego has left the band, making impossible we play in this gig, and some weeks later join Tchaionny assuming the sticks, that in ten days he got all songs and play in Splatter Night XII Festival, on october 18 in Joinville's city.
Currently, we compose new songs for future releases in next year.
