Hi, i'm stuart aka Professor Recon, i'm 27 and a undergrad student with the Open University, i've been studying with them for around 4 years now for a Bsc(Hons)degree in Natural physics, my main area of intrest is Astronomy and Cosmology, mainly focusing on black hole's (really cool supermassive beast that rule the universe, sort off!), dark matter, gammy ray burst, hypernovas, supernovas, neutron stars........... pretty much anything to do with our universe really!! my main goal in life is to finish my degree and move onto do a Phd with the OU, if i can get the funding that is!! (you gotta love the english goverment!), overall its a long and bumpy road to get what i wont, but thats what i'm here for, to show to the world if you have a goal in life let no one stand in your way to try and accomplish it!! That and to show the world that science isn't just about boring stuff you see on tv or mad scientist in flims, or geeks with big glasses, science helps us all in our every day lives, even if you dont relise it, we live in a world full of endless possibilitys! for me its all about science, it helps us to understand answers to questions we dont even know yet, thats what makes it so cool!!!On a personal level!Lol!, i love a few things in life, girls, lots of Beer in my fridge, he,he! Astronomy if you've not already guessed, my Xbox360 (playstation 3 sucks!), my massive music collection, my BMW, o and plus more beer too!!!!!So hopfully with a little help from my friends Aka the great Drunken Astronomer ( check out his myspace page or bloggs it'll blow your mind) we'll try show you a world science thats full of magic and mystery and really big massive stella explosions, in a way that makes science really cool, but still keeping it academically correct of course!!!
