Our stress levels are dangerously out of control. We have to begin savoring THIS moment, the only the moment in the universe that we have any affect on.I have studied many, many religeous and spiritual philosophies and one of the things that I respect most from all of them is the ideal that we must live these days as if they are our last. Be kind to our neighbors because they are part of us. Respect life; the same life that grows your hair grows my own.
