Nikki Cotten was born and raised in Queen, NY. She has legal experience dealing with business law and contracts. Nikki has her Associated Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies and her Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in English. She has worked over several years, within some of New York’s prestigious law firms as a contract, litigation and a general paralegal.Nikki is the only female in NYC to have had a Drum Clinic with, DC California Drums and Soultone Cymbals. She is also the only female to have been interviewed by G.D.R.U. which will be released in fall 2008Nikki currently works with Leon Lacey & L.I.V. as their booking agent and events coordinator. Nikki is Leon Lacey’s Executive Assistant. She has assisted with the organization of Leon Lacey’s listening party on April 22, 2007 which was held in Manhattan, NY in the prominent Helen Mills Theater. Nikki assisted with the organization of Leon Lacey's Album Debut on November 30, 2007, which was held at Christ Tabernacle Located in Queens, NY. Nikki has assisted Leon Lacey with song title “Deliver Me From Myself†which is the sound track to Indie Movie “Divine Intervention†which has been released in LA.Leon Lacey With such a powerful credo, LEON LACEY'S release, "PROPHECY" will move him a few steps closer to his goals. Leon's strong musical abilities of writing, composing,and producing have also afforded him the opportunities to be featured on the recorded projects of both nationally recognized and local gospel artists, including Pastor Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir, ("Ain't Nobody Like Jesus"); Bishop Eric McDaniels and the Lord's Church Choir, ("I've Come to Worship You"); J.J. Hairston and Youthful Praise ("Sincerity") Leon's musical proficiency has placed him on local and national platforms with acclaimed artists; Yolanda Adams, Donnie McClurkin, Karen Clark-Sheard, T.D. Jakes, J. Moss and God's Property. Furthermore, Leon's genius has opened doors for him across the Atlantic to the concert halls of France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and down to the islands of the Caribbean. "PROPHECY" release will cross all boundaries of culture,race, and belief. When asked to categorize this, he described it as a soundtrack of Christian Pop UrbanSoul. Guesting on "PROPHECY" and boosting Leon with their respective mass acceptance and signature flair are gospel stalwarts Donald Lawrence, Pastor Hezekiah Walker, and Pastor Timothy Wright. As if that weren't enough, adding more wattage to "PROPHECY'S" glow is two of gospel's new stable of rising stars, Myron Butler and Nikki Ross. Leon has the ability to infuse Jesus in every note he strikes while appealing to a global audience.
