At the age of twenty-five, Elder Bradney L. McCain married his friend and sweetheart, Sonya “Peaches†Redmond. Their strong marriage of fifteen years has been blessed with two special children. They are the proud parents of daughter, Bridney Latrice and son, Cameron Bryce McCain.Bradney is a graduate of Memorial High School (Elkhart, Indiana) and later majored in Criminal Justice from Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana). He is currently employed by Family Services of Elkhart County as the coordinator of the Helping HAND program.Elder McCain has played the piano for over 25 years and he continues to be blessed and to bless others with his special musical talents (there are numerous churches in the Michiana area that recognize his awesome gift from the Lord). He is the Minister of Music at Full Gospel Fellowship Church where he also serves as the Fine Arts Department Director. This includes the Adult Choir – Praise, the Children’s Choir – Praise Vessels, C.H.O.S.E.N and T.I.T.E. – the Children’s Dance Ministry. In addition, he also teaches the Adult Sunday School. These areas of ministry are all done under the pastoral leadership of his dad, Pastor Herman D. Washington.Bradney answered the call to ministry in April 2003 without hesitation. His Christian passion to serve extends in the love he has for his family, friends and those who have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Bradney embraces God’s word wholeheartedly and lives his life as the psalmist says in Psalms 1:1.Blessed (happy, fortunate, and enviable) is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path where sinners walk, nor sits down where the scornful gather. But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and there doth he meditate both day and night.
