Where do I begin? I started playing at the age of 5 years old. I grew up in a very musical family and was lucky enough to live next door to my grandfather who took the time to teach me to play guitar early on. At the age of about 10, I started playing for my families southern gospel group. At the age of 15, I took my first real gig with a group from jacksonville fl. I then spent the next several years playing with different groups, until my son was born and it was time to stay home. So I gathered all the knowledge I had obtained through the years and opened a commercial recording facility. My first studio was a beauty... 2,000 sq foot live room... 16 ft ceilings, about 4,000 sq ft total and a huge overhead...wow, I stuck it out for about 6 years until the 16 hour days were destroying my marriage... so I took a regular 9-5 job in insurance to fix my personal life.... it didn't work. So, here I am a few years later and life could not be better. God has given me the most wonderful woman I could ever ask for, very supportive of me using my God given talents. I have been, over the last 3 years, working from a spare bedroom in our house converted to a studio, where I am producing soundtracks and projects for all kinds of artists and polishing my writer chops, I am so blessed to be able to earn a living writing and playing music, how cool is that,?.......
