About Me

ION was formed early in 2007. It all started out as a cover band, playing songs by Megadeth, Motorhead, Metallica, In Flames and others. After some time, ION wanted to create an own sound. The music ION plays is inspired by Devildriver, Iron Maiden, In Flames, Metallica and even Nintendo Soundtracks, to mention some.
Lately they have been in studio recording a demo, called Lost Planet. The demo was recorded in their studio, and mixed by Terje Solsvik in Orretreet studio. The members of the band are William Myster Hope (18) and Tor Erik Bye (18) on guitars, Fredrik Jordal Andersen (19) on drums and Anders Kaldefoss Tveite (18) on vocals.
