Sisters Amaris and Celest had a divine concept (which of course isn't new as nothing is under the sun) to start a Sista Cypha in Athens, GA since there was not one here and it's needed amongst women. The purpose of this is to come together as women, learn different ways to channel our emotions, grow together and individually, better the communication amongst women as well as our relationships with men and the children of our community. We as women are so quick to let simple things come between us, when originally we were amazon women who worked together and truly looked out for each other. We've been conditioned and therefore have abandoned these principles. We're so quick to hate each other, betray each other, but this only keeps us from progressing and evolving. Why do we continue to do this knowing it limits our relationships with each other? We do this because we tell ourselves we don't need each other when this very thinking keeps us complacent and separated from each other when we all stand to learn something from each other. In the belief that our spirits have been here before, it's very easy to learn from young ebony diamonds as it is to learn from our ever shining elders. We have to pay attention to each other, support each other, love each other as sisters so that we can grow. It's time to get free SISTAS!!! Let's do it together!!! Serenity & Sunshine!
