I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm a musician from The Hague in the Netherlands and I intended to post some music over here but found out too late I should have registered at the musician's section. I'm a bassplayer but I also play a little guitar and keys as well. I also make some vocal noise in the background at times I wouldn't dare call singing. To me the most important things in life are health, friendship, the environment and music. People who know me well enough know I like to have fun and enjoy life but that I'm also very serious about certain issues like animal welfare and human rights.
I'm no morning person, I need time to awake and can't be rushed. I never eat breakfast early in the morning. What gets me going instead is coffee, a smoke and a large dose of high-energy music, usually Steve Morse, Mr. Big, Vinnie Moore or Yngwie Malmsteen. I have to get up at 5.30 am so I always put on my headphones and turn up the volume. At night I like to listen to jazz and easy listening like Norah Jones, Steely Dan or Larry Carlton for example.
“It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.”
—Segoyewatha [Red Jacket] (1750-1830), Native American Seneca chief, orator

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Unfortunately it's impossible: John Lennon and Leonardo da Vinci.

Other than that, nice and friendly people with the same interests can send me a friend's request. We probably don't connect if
-You dislike animals
-You dislike music
-You posted over fifty pics of yourself with noone else on it (unless you're a professional model looking for a job)
-You think soccer is the greatest thing man has ever invented
-You don't know the capitol city of Italy
-You haven't got a clue who Albert Einstein is
-You think "De gouden kooi" is a really great show
-You think you're a vampire or wish to be one
If none of this applies to you then chances are we will get along just fine.
