You would think that given the amount of time you spend thinking about yourself and your life every day that writing about it would be easy. NOT TRUE! But anyway, here goes. I am lucky enough to live with my wonderful husband Andrew whom I met on the first day of highschool, and our beautiful baby girl, Leila. I am a proud housewife/domestic goddess at the moment, but in another life I was a travel agent working in Melbourne. I was able to travel to some awesome places under the guise of "work",and found the fun and excitement of these trips more than made up for the extrodinarily long hours required by the travel industry. Since going on maternity leave I am really enjoying the change of pace, even with the sleepless nights! I am addicted to the gym and cookies & cream ice cream (which balances out nicely) and my perfect day would have to involve sitting in the sun with a glass of vino and a trashy romance book. My hubby is a do-it-til-I-die skateboarder who tries to keep me trendy and no doubt our baby girl will be on a skateboard before she can walk. I love to cook for friends and family and wish that our house was big enough to fit them all in at once. We really are blessed with the most wonderful friends anyone could ask for - they are like family and I love them all.
