About Me

Saxophoneplayer since I was a little boy. I had the opportunity to explore many types of music during all this years (classic, etnic, experimental, tango, new classic, alternative brassband, rock, ...). One of my most important bands is CRO MAGNON. With Geert Waegeman (also founding father of Cro Magnon) I share(d) al lot of musicprojects: Belgomatic, Macaronic Sines (with Pavel Fajt and Anna Homler), Narvik (with Liv-Hanne Haugen), ... I also play in the etnic bigband OLLA VOGALA. I worked a lot for theater-and dancecomponys as Walpurgis, Het Wezekind (with Chris Carlier, also a dear music mate since years), Braakland, Bimacompagnie, Tirasila, Elvis Peeters and Alibicollectief. Soundtracks I made for Cie Elles "ce qu'il y a dedans" (trapeze-performance) and Alibicollectief "Pedalurgie" (there is a video in the videosection of my profile). I play the drums in De Legende and les ConfrÃ¨res de Saint Lazaire. A mixture of music and spoken word I make together with Elvis Peeters and Gerrit Valckenaers ("La Maison Bleue", "De Ontelbaren", "Het Paard van Nietzsche").
