I am itching to get my name out there and my competitive career as an athlete noticed, but my ultimate career goal is to start another riding academy like the 2 I initiated and managed back home. The look on a child's face when their hard work pays off, when they know they have DONE IT, when they touch their first ribbon or trophy - it's greater than any thrill I will accomplish for myself. My teaching and structured approach is based on my own foundation through Pony Club and Rolex contender, Laura Paling-Claborn. Without her beginning this adventure as strictly and balance-based as she did, I would not be 1/2 the rider I am today. That foundation is what I want for my students, the natural equilibrium that will keep them ONE with the horse. That desire to pass on that foundation is what allowed me one of the greatest accomplishments and most enjoyable summers in my equestrian career. In eleven months I coached four awesome young ladies from their first lesson to Novice qualifiers and recognized contenders at the State Championship. That academy team and the fantastic growth I witness in those young ladies is my entire inspiration as an athlete... to show them and my daughter that with that foundation and belief in their dreams, they can do ANYthing! Go ANGELS!!!Throughout my career and experiences, I have continuously planned and revised my academy programs. I continue to work on advertising and money management programs waiting to meet that right investor and opportunity... opportunity to shine in my abilities and ideas as a rider, trainer, teacher, and facility manager. I know that I have to start somewhere and I am willing to look at ANY opportunity atleast once. My future program overviews and ambitions follow:DREAMWORK EQUESTRIAN CENTER "Where Future Champions Dream" A professional, fully personalized experience offering Boarding, Lessons, Show, and Dreamwork Children's Riding Academy. Programs are based on each individual client, founded in the importance of safe, balanced riding. Academy programs offer a team atmosphere in a laid back schoolpals environment. Increased time in the barn, classroom studies in care and technique, and an extended riding priviledge would offer the young rider a foundation bound for greatness. The comradery and training of the Dreamwork Academy Junior and Varsity Equestrian Teams would be a force to be reckoned with in Ocala's booming equestrian circuit. Believe in it and I will make it happen.EQUESTRIANISM: DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?!
