PCC PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (500 cap) and the Little theatre(150 cap) are 2 of our rental facilities we represent. parking is in excess of 5000 spaces on the campus atop MT Sylvania in portland oregon. the PAC is home to all of the college plays, productions and home to the extensive theatre arts department which trains students in lighting scenic design rigging stagecraft and drama the PAC is outfitted with state of the art fly galley and a multitude of backdrops and scrims and screens a push stage that will accomodate most national touring shows, a computerised lighting controller and a full accompaniment of lights pars, fresnel focused lens follow spots, cyc lights and more available as optional rentals- the house sound includes an ALLEN & HEATH 24 ch mixer pzm mics and pa system a new dual video projection system and screens to be installed this year. the house are fixed seating in a horsehoe arrangement and is comsidered a smaller version of portlands famed Keller auditorium(but outfitted with a cat walk for safe & easy instrument focusing. the venue is geared towards dramatic production but has been the site for many remote video uplinks, dance recital,seminars,concerts and has dressing rooms with showers, and a makeup room with lighted mirrors. load in is street level.via a large rool up door with stage access 50 feet from the doorThe little theatre is an intimate setting with fixed seats a lighting grid outfitted with the same type of instruments altman sheakspear lekos, fesnels and pars and follow spot f a sound/light tech booth and fixed seating arrangement perfect for intimate music,seminars,comedy shows or plays complete with a backstage and dressing room area. for more info contact us at 503 805 2925 or via message here on myspace . we have more venues scheduled for rent soon an dwil post cost and dimensions as they become part of downastage rentals.
